A young and dynamic team, led by Dani Frías, is what lets La Ereta transmit everything that was intended from the beginning. In a restaurant which has the city of Alicante at its feet, we serve a cuisine according to the region and the place: modern, but without losing sight of the city in which it is located, without losing those roots of Alicante cuisine which, ultimately, is what we like to cook.

A chef who, from a very young age, pointed out ways to be a great chef. Dani Frías began his career in some of the most important cuisines in the whole geography of Spain, where he learned that traditional flavours were not at odds with modern cuisine with touches of the author. He discovered that the most typical products of our land could be worked in a different way without losing their essence. And, that, in short, is the soul of La Ereta.
